GREASE AT CAS DI CULTURA WAS A TRIUMPHANT DISPLAY OF MUSICAL THEATER
This past Saturday, Grease lit up the stage at Cas di Cultura Aruba with a sensational matinee performance. The packed house was transported to the electrifying 1960s, as Aruba’s young talents delivered a vibrant homage to the era immortalized by the iconic 1978 film. The show was a rollercoaster of emotions—bursting with energy, heartfelt moments, and infectious joy that resonated with the audience.
Special recognition goes to Ferdinand Franca and Vicky Arens-Tjon A Tjoe for their visionary leadership in crafting such an extraordinary spectacle. This production not only showcased Aruba’s rising stars but also celebrated the island’s artistic spirit, leaving the crowd inspired and craving more. Grease at Cas di Cultura was a triumphant display of musical theater at its finest.
“Sharing this vision side by side were Nicole van Eer, the vocal coach, Kevin Gumbs, choreography and Jaderick Croes assisted by Darrell Laclé, who led the live show band Tipico Colegio Arubano. This multidisciplinary team made the show on point.”
